Apparently, after the release of video cards Radeon RX 6000 models of the current generation will be removed from production, as they will not make much sense. However, their GPUs may stay on the market for a long time.
In the code of the AMD graphics patch for Linux a mention of navi10 blockchain SKU was found. That is, it seems to be a Navi 10 graphics processor designed exclusively for creating graphics cards for mining.
Graphics cards for mining are not new products. Now there are many similar AMD and Nvidia adapters of the past generations on the market, but often they differ from the usual ones only with a single DVI video output.
In the case of the specified GPU, it seems that it will have the image output unit turned off. And this means that to buy such a video card is cheaper and turn it into a full-fledged for games is unlikely to work. But the miners will get more profitable adapters, which, probably, will allow AMD to reduce their interest in the new generation of gaming novelties.
