GeForce RTX 3090 next to the Xbox Series X in one photo. Video card seems even bigger

Tom Warren, editor-in-chief of The Verge, is one of the few lucky people on Earth to have an unreleased Xbox Series X console and a very expensive GeForce RTX 3090 graphics card, which is almost impossible to buy.

And he’s not without the opportunity to take pictures of the two products together. As you can see in the photo above, the graphics card is quite comparable in size to the console, except that the latter will clearly be thicker.

These photos, by the way, can be regarded as another very clear indicator of the difference in approach between the creation of consoles and components for the PC. It should also be remembered that a video card is three times more expensive than a stand-alone set-top box.

Besides, photos, despite all their simplicity, are actually “deeper” than they may seem. After all, they depict two devices that can already be called cult for 2020. And this is also the most powerful video card and the most powerful game console for 2020.
