Gigabyte’s assortment has been extended with a whole range of Nvidia video cards from the Ampere line. The manufacturer has presented eight models, and it without RTX 3070. As with the others, specifications in this case are incomplete – Gigabyte does not specify GPU frequency and a number of other parameters. But we can take a look at the maps themselves.
For example, the models of the new Eagle line, despite the fact that they are probably the youngest among all new products, stand out as a huge cooling system, because of the shape of which the 3D maps from a certain angle resemble a futuristic gun. Such a cooler has a pair of 90 mm and one 80 mm fan and seven heat pipes. Interestingly, this CO has about the same system as the Nvidia reference cooler: an extreme fan lets air through the cooler and directs it upwards. Although this applies to all the new Gigabyte products. The Eagle cards also boast a 19-phase power subsystem on the RTX 3090 and a 17-phase power subsystem on the RTX 3080.
The Gaming cards seem to differ from the Eagle only in the design of the cooling system casing and probably in the frequencies, but they’re not specified yet.
But the Aorus Master and Aorus Xtreme models are striking in size even against the background of not small Eagle and Gaming. They are probably the only graphics cards on the market that have two 115mm fans and one 100mm cooling system. Unfortunately, Gigabyte doesn’t specify the dimensions, but these adapters are clearly huge in height.
