New Bose smart glasses have a touch panel to control music and take phone calls

Back in 2018, Bose released two pairs of sunglasses with speakers and a microphone. The product line was named Bose Frames, and the models were named Alto and Rondo. Recently the company announced three new models of this line: Frames Tempo, Tenor and Soprano.

The older model is Frames Tempo, these glasses can be used with protective helmets. They are resistant to scratches and impacts, and are not afraid of sweat and rain. They are equipped with individual spring hinges, and the tips of the tempo are designed to provide long-lasting comfort. There are three pairs of nose pads in the set. The polycarbonate lenses included as standard have a 12% light transmission, but other options are available, with transmission levels of 20, 28 and 77%.

Equipped with two speakers and two microphones, Frames Tempo is expected to last eight hours without the need to recharge the glasses via USB-C connector.

Bose Frames Tenor and Soprano glasses differ in the form of frames and are designed for everyday use. The expected battery life of these glasses is five and a half hours. All three models are equipped with Bluetooth 5.1 Glasses have a touch panel for music control, call processing and volume control.

Bose Frames Tempo, Tenor and Soprano are offered at the same price of 250 dollars.
