The company Oppo introduced a new version of its corporate shell – ColorOS 11 based on the latest operating system Android 11.
The manufacturer pays special attention to the wide possibilities of setting up ColorOS 11 to the tastes of the user.
The system allows you to customize your work screen, create wallpapers, fonts, icons and ringtones, and use an improved dark theme with three color options and contrast levels.
In the application Oppo Relax 2.0 user can create their own sound sets, as well as available collection of sounds of cities around the world.
ColorOS 11 is planned to be produced in stages over the next few months. From now on, the beta version of the shell will be available for the Find X2 series. In total, the company plans to release a stable version for as many as 28 of its smartphone models.
Also noted is a translator with gesture control based on Google Lens. The function is developed by Oppo in conjunction with Google, it adapts the text with a three-finger pile down.
Flexdrop for multitasking allows you to quickly switch between applications, simultaneously watching videos and chatting in messengers.
In Super Power Saving Mode, you can select six applications that will remain active at low battery levels. The Battery Guard function protects the battery when it is being charged for long periods of time and when the voltage is unstable. For example, if your smartphone is charging all night, Battery Guard stops the process by 80% and resumes it when the user wakes up.
UI First 2.0 is used to eliminate delays and braking. The developers promise that the solution “increases RAM usage by 45%, response rate by 32% and frame rate by 17%”.
The Private System feature “creates a separate independent system”, available only after an additional fingerprint or password scan, allowing you to run a copy of the application and store data separately from the original. App Lock allows you to lock applications using security code, fingerprint or face recognition technology.
