Realme has prepared an update for its proprietary graphical interface. As expected, the new interface Realme UI 2.0 contains many improvements, based on official changes in Android 11.
The new features are designed to improve the interaction of users with smartphones. One of the most notable improvements is the improved dark mode, which is now available in three different styles: improved, medium and low, each with settings of the wallpaper and sets of icons. Realme UI 2.0 can also automatically adjust the display contrast according to ambient light.
Realme UI 2.0 will support third-party icon sets. Realme also says that the new firmware optimizes auto brightness. The “No Disturbance” mode has also been optimized, so it can now be planned according to individual needs. Realme has also added the “Optimized Night Charge” mode, which will use an AI algorithm to optimize charge speed and extend battery life.
The Realme UI 2.0 changelog also mentions the addition of a new weather application animation. As for application organization, the Realme UI now allows you to combine folders. A new system cloning feature has also been added, with which you can create a system clone and use different fingerprints to login. The overall security of the system has also been improved.
The camera application has new shortcuts for instant photo editing and publishing to social networks. The camera has new modes and a dirty lens detection function. The final version of Realme UI 2.0 should be released in the coming weeks.
At the moment Realme has over 45 million users worldwide. In just a couple of years, its branded shell has become a worthy competitor to EMUI and MIUI.
