AdDuplex Statistics Agency has published the results of a monthly study of the prevalence of different versions of the operating system Windows 10.
In August, Windows 10 1909 with a share of 35.5% came out on the first place, and the previous leader, Windows 10 1903, came down on the second place with 33.5%. The latest version of Windows 10, the May 2004 upgrade marked 2004, gained 24.1% after the July 11.6%.
According to September statistics, Windows 10 2004 continues to rapidly gain popularity. It has already taken second place and is preparing to replace the leader. Version 1909 is now installed on 34.5% of all computers with Windows 10, and version 2004 – 33.7%. As we can see, 1909, which is in first place, is gradually giving up its position.
Version 1903, Windows 10 May 2019 Update, which in August ranked second, has lost a significant share – from 33.5% to 25.7%.
In fact, now only the share of the latest Windows 10 2004 is growing, and older versions of the operating system are gradually losing users. This is quite logical, given that Microsoft has solved the main problems of the May update and since last month began to extend it to previously untapped computers.
