Realme C line of current generation smartphones are based on MediaTek platforms. To be more precise, it’s based on the Helio G35. You might think that this is one of the features of the line, because these are budget smartphones. However, the latest data from the Geekbench database shows that it is not. The Realme C17 model, at least that’s how it is called by third-party sources, will be based on the Qualcomm platform.
To be more precise, the heart of the device with the catalog number RMX2101 will serve the recently released SoC Snapdragon 460. In terms of performance it is close to Snapdragon 660/662/665, that is, it should be significantly faster than Helio G35. Some tests show a difference of about 35-40% in favor of the Qualcomm platform.
Benchmark also points to 6GB of RAM, which means that the Realme C17 will not only please the platform. However, of course, with this configuration, it should be more expensive than the younger models of the ruler.
