Recently, a Chinese company introduced in India smartphone Redmi 9i, which offers the same characteristics as Redmi 9A, but the new phone has more operational and flash memory.
Redmi 9i has a 6.53-inch IPS LCD screen with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone is equipped with an entry level game chipset Helio G25. Redmi 9i comes with 4 GB of LPDDR4x RAM and offers 64 or 128 GB of flash memory. For comparison, Redmi 9A is available with 2/32 and 3/32 GB of memory.
Like Redmi 9A, announced today Redmi 9i runs on a pre-installed Android 10 OS with the MIUI 12 shell and offers users the ability to install a microSD card.
Redmi 9i received a 5-megapixel front camera and a 13-megapixel main camera. The phone has a battery capacity of 5000 mAh. Supports 10-watt charging. There is a slot for two SIM cards, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, microUSB, 3.5 mm audio jack and a splash-proof P2i.
The price of the device is 113 and 126 dollars, depending on the memory size. Sales of Redmi 9i smartphone have already started.
