Pixel 4 smartphone users have started a new wave of complaints. This time, they are not associated with an upgrade to the latest version of the operating system Android 11 – complaints began about a month ago.
Apparently, the problems are not at all related to the software, but to the hardware. One of them is that the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4XL “get stuck” during charging at 50%. Also the smartphones are discharging too quickly. Some users complain about fast discharging to zero and sudden shutdowns. Other users have a question mark next to the charge icon instead of the predicted remaining time or percentage charge.
In favor of the assumption that the software update does not help here, says, for example, the fact that at least one user “repaired” the smartphone by pushing the back cover to the right of the Google logo.
It should be noted that last year it became known about a fairly common problem with USB Type-A – USB Type-C cables – many of them simply do not work with smartphones series Pixel 4. In general, users of Pixel smartphones complain a lot about problems with camera, performance and many other parameters, but they can mostly be fixed with software updates.
