The company Huawei in their smartphones is not in a hurry to implement ultra-fast charging, as many other Chinese manufacturers do, but also does not trample on the spot, such as Apple and Google. The current flagship Huawei, and not only the flagship, support 40-watt charging. The novelties of the line Mate 40, apparently, will receive support 66-watt.
This is implied by Huawei’s certification of an external battery with the appropriate power. It generates 11V with a current of 6A. The battery capacity is 12,000 mAh. Probably, this device will be released together with the new flagships.
At the moment, all smartphones that support fast charging from 65W have dual batteries, so Huawei’s novelties are unlikely to be an exception.
