Logitech finally introduced the 3-th generation of MX Anywhere mouse. Computer accessories aren’t the kind of devices that need updating every year, but the past generation of this mouse came out in 2015, so it’s time.
Recall that the main idea of the MX Anywhere mouse is to work conditionally on any surface. This is useful for those who work with the mouse a lot outside the home and in different places where you can’t choose a surface for the “rodent”.
That mouse is based on a sensor with Darkfield technology and a nominal resolution of 1000 dpi, and the sensitivity can vary from 200 to 4000 dpi in 50 dpi steps. It has six keys and a 500 mAh battery should last up to 70 days of operation and is quickly recharged: just one minute is enough to give the mouse 3 hours of operation.
By the way, it can be recharged via USB-C port. There are three ways to connect the mouse to the device: via USB-C cable, via Bluetooth or using a Unifying transmitter. The Flow technology allows you to control three PCs simultaneously by moving the cursor between monitors, and it is even possible to work simultaneously with Windows and MacOS.
Separately, Logitech focuses on the MagSpeed wheel, which lets you control cursor movement to pixel accuracy and scroll 1000 lines per second. And it’s almost silent, too.
Dimensions of the mouse – 100.5 x 65 x 34.4 mm at a weight of 99 g. The price of MX Anywhere 3 is 80 dollars.
