Driven by gaming enthusiasts, Corsair announced the Corsair K100 RGB gaming keyboard, which the manufacturer has designated as its flagship gaming keyboard.

According to Corsair, the new keyboard “every detail is designed for speed,” including Corsair’s new Corsair Axon Hyper-Processing technology. Its essence is a 4000 Hz survey that allows you to capture keystrokes faster than on gaming keyboards with 1000 Hz. Other new features include an “exquisite” aluminum body, multi-function iCUE control wheel, 44-zone RGB LightEdge backlighting, and dual injection molded key caps.

Corsair iCUE software allows you to program keys and work with macro commands. There are six dedicated keys for macro commands, which are also compatible with Elgato Stream Deck software. In addition, the Corsair K100 RGB includes a new iCUE multifunction control wheel, which can also be programmed.

The keyboard is equipped with a through USB port and 8MB of internal memory, which can store up to 200 settings profiles.

The picture is completed by a removable foam handstand with memory effect, covered with soft synthetic leather and magnetically attached.

The keyboard is available in two versions. One uses Cherry MX Speed Silver mechanical switches, while the other uses Corsair OPX’s new exclusive optical-mechanical switches. Any of them costs 230 dollars. Sales have already started.
