Huawei is preparing an inexpensive work-oriented Huawei AD80HW monitor for release. Wang Yinfeng, President of Huawei’s Tablet and PC Business Unit, announced at the Huawei Full Connect Conference 2020 the upcoming launch of branded monitors. Details about one of these monitors are now available.
The Huawei AD80HW is a fairly ordinary “office” monitor. It is equipped with a 23.8 inch IPS screen with Full HD resolution, 72% of NTSC space and the ability to display 16.7 million colors. The monitor is TUV Rheinland certified.
Earlier it was reported that Huawei plans to outsource the production of standard flat-panel displays to BOEVT, a subsidiary of BOE Technology Group. The first batch of displays for Huawei will include about one million monitors. Two or three models with 27″ and 34″ screens are expected in the range.
