Google has released an update to the Google Calendar mobile app for Android and iOS. Update brings the feature long requested by users – integration with another service of the company, Google Tasks (Google Tasks).
Now Google Calendar mobile app allows you to create new tasks and view existing ones.
The Calendar mobile app has so far been devoid of such an obvious feature, despite the fact that the web version of Calendar has been able to do it for a long time, and to get to these tasks in the mobile environment had to open a separate application Google Tasks. With the update installed, tasks become an integral part of the mobile Calendar.
Google began gradually distributing the Google Calendar update. It may take a couple of weeks for all of its users to get to Google Calendar.
