The Seasonic company, a well-known developer of computer power supplies, announced the Syncro Q704 case with a non-standard internal architecture. The novelty allows to form a gaming desktop station with a strict appearance.
The case assumes an alternative location of the motherboard: it is pressed against the left wall, resulting in expansion slots are at the top of the rear panel. It is possible to install up to seven cards of expansion; the limit on length of graphic boosters is 345 mm.
The system can be equipped with two 3.5/2.5-inch drives and three other 2.5-inch storage devices. The processor cooler can be up to 185 mm high.
The novelty is completely made in black. The front section is made of aluminum, and in the right side there is a panel made of tempered glass. Dimensions are 537 × 234 × 493 mm.
The PC tower case is designed with a scope for the application of the proprietary power supply of the Connect family. The cooling fans can be mounted according to the following scheme: 3 × 120/140 at the front and top, and 1 × 120 mm at the back and bottom. There are two Type-A USB 3.0 ports, a Type-C USB port, and audio sockets on the interface panel.
The price of the Seasonic Syncro Q704 is $150 or $309 in a set with a 650W Connect power supply.
