Due to new U.S. sanctions, Huawei is not allowed to purchase or manufacture chipsets if American technology and equipment are used.
Now there is good news. Chinese sources, familiar with the question, reported that Intel has received a license from the U.S., allowing it to continue doing business with Huawei. This means that the Chinese giant can order chips from Intel for its equipment.
It has recently become known that AMD has received a license from the U.S. to continue doing business with Chinese companies included in the banned list of legal entities. However, AMD has not yet disclosed the names of companies with which it is allowed to do business.
This confirms that the United States does issue licenses for companies to do business with Huawei and other Chinese manufacturers. Therefore, sooner or later, Huawei can reestablish relations with the necessary suppliers.
