BridgeComm, a company-leader in optical wireless communications solutions and services, has announced that it has signed a partnership agreement with Nokia. The cooperation will be aimed at developing high-speed optical communication. It is expected that combining BridgeComm’s expertise in optical technology with Nokia’s expertise in network equipment and services will accelerate 5G network deployment.
The partners look forward to working together to create ultra-high-bandwidth solutions that are in demand in both the public and private sectors, enabling faster and more secure network connections.
“BridgeComm’s experience in deploying high-speed atmospheric optical links, combined with Nokia’s industry-leading high-speed optical equipment and expertise, will enable it to deliver 100 Gbps or more – all without the need for fiber”.
