Details of Canon’s new Canon EOS M50 Mark II mirrorless camera are now online – it is due to be released shortly simultaneously with the RF 85mm f/2 IS STM lens. It will, of course, be much better than its predecessor, which made its debut almost three years ago.
Most importantly, the APS-C CMOS sensor with a higher resolution of 32.5 MP will appear. Also mentioned is the image processor Digic X and autofocus DPAF II, but the built-in stabilization system (IBIS), alas, will not. But there will be an electronic viewfinder, similar to the viewfinder EOS R6.
Also, the novelty will be able to shoot series at a speed of 14 f / s and record 4K video with a frequency of 60 f / s (without cropping!). The small camera has only one SD card slot.
